If you are mad about chicken, then this is the way to cook it! I never thought an air fryer would be so convenient for me! I assumed things would come out dry, but they don’t! This chicken recipe is great and only takes about 18 minutes! I use:
4 chicken thighs
And drum roll… Montreal Steak Seasoning!
Set the air fryer at 400 degrees
If desired, you can brush a little olive oil on them first to make the seasoning stick and the skin a bit more crispy.
Then cook for about 18 minutes or when chicken shows as done with a meat thermometer! That is it!
If you want to cook chicken fast, not have it come out dry, make it healthy for you, then use this easy recipe! For a while, I was not eating meat at all, but now I do. Since changing back, I have loved chicken and sometimes lean hamburger patties cooked in an air fryer!
I believe comfort food has its place. Usually, the foods we use as comfort are those that bring the best memories! For me, one was my mother’s macaroni and cheese! She used to make it in a large glass baking dish filled with elbow macaroni and warm melted cheese! Although pasta is white flour, sometimes we must have it! Now and then can never hurt. Rainy days and hot melted cheese seem to go together anyway. Those moments when mom cooked are moments I cherish now and love to duplicate when I can! So, macaroni and cheese it is!
Mom is no longer on earth, but I can remember her when I re-create the moments she began. When I go for new recipes, I like to access them on AllRecipes.com. Here is the one for delicious macaroni and cheese.
This recipe has a nice crunchy topping, which reminds me of Thanksgiving for some reason. Sometimes I like to add a little sliced up chicken just to add some meat to the recipe. Its your choice! This recipe is nice and spicy but not overwhelming. Give it a try and let me know how you like it!
I can’t think of anything as hard to deal with than a tension headache. Well, there are things I guess that are harder like natural child birth but at least with that there is a reward. The tension headache rewards no one. I used to have them quite a bit and have tried a lot of things. Of course prayer is the first solution but after that try this:
Boil 3 cups of water
Add 2 tablespoons of fresh ground ginger
Allow to steep for 5 minutes
Add natural honey to taste
Ginger is a great remedy for inflammation which is usually a tension headache cause. Lay down and rest while you sip your mixture and plan to spend some time just resting your head on a good pillow where the back of your neck and shoulders are supported.
Breathe deeply a few times and let a lot of relaxing air into your system and then blow out and completely relax ! Surprise! After some rest your headache should be gone. Give this a try!
