Delicious No-Sugar Added Fruit Dessert Recipe: Tropical Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fruit: Wash and prepare all the fruits by cutting them into bite-sized pieces. Make sure the pineapple, strawberries, mango, kiwi, and banana are well-prepared.
  2. Mix the Fruit: In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, sliced strawberries, diced mango, sliced kiwi, and banana.
  3. Add Lime Juice: Drizzle the fresh lime juice over the mixed fruit. This will enhance the flavors and help to keep the fruits fresh.
  4. Garnish: If you’re using mint, sprinkle the chopped mint leaves over the fruit salad for added flavor and a pop of color.
  5. Serve: Gently toss the fruit to combine and serve immediately. You can also chill it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving for a refreshing treat.

Enjoy!

This tropical fruit salad is not only naturally sweetened by the fruits themselves, but it is also packed with vitamins and refreshing flavors—perfect for a light dessert or snack!

Cheers to your health!
