Our Interconnected Existence

Have you ever experienced suddenly having someone come to mind then you hear from them? Or maybe you have dreamt about them and they physically appear out of the blue. Some people might think these sample events are coincidence but they are not. They are glimpses of our connectedness in spirit and in consciousness. If you want proof try meditating about someone you have not heard from in awhile and see how long it takes before they contact you stating they were just thinking about you!

We are connected in more ways than just the example above. Our lives are so much more interwoven than many realize. Have you ever met someone new yet you feel you have known one another forever? Is it that some people just connect easily like that, or is there a connection that goes beyond the physical and maybe even prior to this lifetime? We are told in the Bible God knew us before birth. Is it such a stretch to believe we knew one another prior to birthing into this life? If Gods light and essence is inside all of us, it makes sense that through that same essence we are all connected.

We are blessed when we do not see everything about the truth and yet still believe. It’s called faith. Our beliefs create our reality when we focus on them. Some of the greatest thinkers of all time know the power of focus and our beliefs. Is it too much to believe we are more vast than the body we live in? Is it so hard to think we are more the same than we are different? Or more connected than apart?

I tend to believe in our interconnectedness. All you need to do to prove it to yourself is to practice some focused meditation and write down your results. You will see how connected you are to others, and to creating your own powerful experiences.

Challenge yourself to allow life to consciously open up wider than ever! Experience the adventure this life is meant to be!
