Commitments of a Woman in Ministry

Ministerial Vows

As a woman called to serve in ministry, I vow to uphold the sacred trust placed upon me. I commit to:

  1. Embrace Diversity: I will celebrate and honor the unique identities, experiences, and beliefs of every individual within my community and beyond.
  2. Promote Compassion: I will strive to embody compassion in all my dealings, extending kindness and empathy to those in need, and advocating for justice and equity.
  3. Honor All Living Things: I pledge to protect and respect the sacredness of life in all its forms. I will work tirelessly to care for the earth, its creatures, and the interconnected web of existence that sustains us all.
  4. Serve with Integrity: I commit to lead with honesty and transparency, recognizing the importance of trust and responsibility in my ministry.
  5. Inspire Hope: I will nurture a spirit of hope and resilience, inviting others to join in the journey of faith, love, and understanding.
  6. Cultivate Community: I dedicate myself to building inclusive spaces where all voices are heard and valued, fostering a sense of belonging and mutual support.

In all things, I will act as a steward of love, justice, and peace, guided by the belief that each moment is an opportunity to create positive change.

When taking these vows, we take them seriously, reverently, and commit ourselves to serving according to God’s divine plan.
