Sacred Silence

The world is so noisy sometimes, but often not as loud as the world inside our heads. Our minds are bombarded with more thoughts daily than we even realize. Thoughts are like a river, running in and out. The subconscious mind, or we can call it the higher mind, will gladly accommodate us with whatever we have stored there. Before we know it, there is a river moving through our minds and out of our mouths. When there is no filter and nothing to counteract the bombing of thoughts, they drive our lives.

The bible teaches us to renew our minds daily. The only way to do this is to interject new thoughts, ideas, and patterns into ourselves. As we sit, silent, in the quiet of a moment, we can capture a glimpse of the river that runs through our minds and lives. Coming to understand what the thoughts are that drive us is the first step to changing them.

In the moments of sacred silence and meditation, we can find the thoughts that keep us on autopilot and journal them so we can see the antidote to our dilemmas.  Interjecting new ideas and thoughts into our minds while we are silent and receptive will help restructure them and, therefore, our lives. We are divinely created and assisted in creating the life and responses we have always dreamed of and desired.

Jesus taught us we would do as he did and also do more incredible things! We are created to be beautiful creators as well. We manifest our dreams and miracles by our faith, beliefs, and thoughts and reprogramming our minds. Desire has a significant impact on the outcome of changing our lives as well. God created this universe and our world through love and great passion. Those two elements will create almost like magic in our lives.

Sacred silence, meditation, and hypnotic suggestion can help to completely reprogram our lives if we are consistent with our desires and practices. Remember, our silent moments are holy because those are times when God’s presence is more profound in our lives. The moments of discovery and creation are sacred and beautiful. Our respect for those sacred sessions will keep us moving forward with God and the power given to inspire us to make a change.

Take some time for sacred moments today. Spend it with God and your subconscious mind. You will be better for it and discover the magic, the mystery, and the transformation of touching divinity.
