“I Will” Promises of God

To me, there is nothing more sacred than a promise. God sees a promise so important the bible states it is better to not promise anything than to promise and break it. ( I am paraphrasing of course!). Regardless of how you define “God”; to me, I see, hear, and experience God as a powerful force of love on the inside of us, around us, and in and through all things. Love is a part of our soul and the memory of what our Creator made us to be and accomplish here on earth.

There are a few “I will” promises that come from God we can count on anytime, anywhere, for any reason. These are the ones I cherish and I hope they will add to your life and the energy you desire to bring to it.

I Will Promises: Powerful I will promises that are a part of God’s love

I will comfort you. When times and seasons become harder than we can bear there is no load we need to carry that goes beyond what we can stand or uphold. When life has brought upon us the grief of all grief, God’s promise is to lend comfort.

I will give you rest. When the burdens of life have become overwhelming God will carry the heaviest load for you. Rest is God’s promise for all who are weary and weighed down by the difficulties of this life. So, please rest when you need to and strength will come back to you.

I will receive you. When you petition God or set an intention for your life, God, from within you, around you, and who commands your support system will receive you with open arms. There is no rejection or casting away that will ever take place. There is no need to despair that you are alone in any given situation because you never are!

I will heal you. If there is anything Jesus displayed while on the planet is the gift of healing that comes from the powerful God who dwells within us all. God’s promise to us when we petition for healing is a willingness to heal us with wisdom, knowledge, guidance, emotional stability, and physical healing and strength.

I will cleanse you. No matter what you have gone through or are going through, God’s promise is to cleanse your life when you ask. If you have made mistakes and feel the need to begin again, God will forgive you and cleanse you of all of the effects of an error of judgment, wrong action, or karmic debt you have incurred due to your lack of understanding. Forgiveness is the most powerful healer. Forgive yourself, forgive others, and allow God to forgive all of the above.

These are just a few I wanted to mention. Whether you define God as “God”, your “Creator”, “The Source” etc. the power and love are all the same. Know and understand you have a divine advocate on your side, not to manipulate situations to your advantage but to guide you with wisdom, power, knowledge, and love.
