In my study travels, I have encountered many coaches, teachers, and manifestation instructors talking about abundance blocks. You know, the things we have inside of us that block our ability to manifest an abundant life. I truly get the concept of removing what does not work to make room for what does. I’m impatient, though. I have to get with the program faster because my mind is already mapping out the next thing before I get through my last one.

So, I started to meditate and ponder what would trigger the abundance. Close your eyes for a second and get the visual of a shooting pistol and how fast that bullet gets to its destination once the trigger is pulled. It goes pretty fast, right? This is what I mean about pulling the abundance trigger. Let’s get at it already!

The manifesting abundance trigger can be pulled by several key factors that align your mindset and energy with the flow of abundance:

  1. Clarity of Intentions: Clearly define what abundance means to you. Knowing your desires, whether financial wealth, emotional fulfillment, or relationships, is crucial.
  2. Positive Mindset: Cultivating a positive attitude can change your vibrational frequency, allowing you to attract more good into your life.
  3. Gratitude Practice: Regularly practicing gratitude helps you focus on what you already have, reinforcing the abundance mindset.
  4. Visualizations and Affirmations: Use visualization techniques to see yourself living abundantly and affirmations to reinforce your beliefs in your ability to attract abundance.
  5. Letting Go of Limiting Beliefs: Identifying and releasing beliefs that hinder your ability to manifest abundance is essential. This includes fears and doubts about your worthiness or capabilities.
  6. Taking Inspired Action: Actively pursue opportunities that align with your abundance goals. Taking small, consistent steps can lead to significant results.
  7. Surrounding Yourself with Abundance: Engage with people and environments that promote abundance. This can inspire and motivate you to maintain your own abundance mindset.
  8. Mindfulness and Meditation: These practices can help clear your mind of clutter, allowing you to focus on your desires and the feelings associated with abundance.

By focusing on these elements, you can effectively pull the manifesting abundance trigger and create your desired life.
