There is often such a stigma attached to the idea of kundalini awakening it’s hard to even approach it openly. Yet, there are so many great benefits to the practice it’s very hard to ignore. Meditation itself is an amazing practice that brings so many benefits to the body, mind, and soul. When seeking healing, we can’t ignore the benefits of Kundalini energy rising from the base of the spine, through the body, and up through the head.
“Kundalini” is a Sanskrit word that means “coiled” and holds its residence in the area at the base of the spine called the root chakra. Concentrating on the root chakra area during meditation can help in the process of stirring the energy alive. Meditative concentration and movements can assist to unlodge an individual’s energy held by the root chakra to the point of it rising up the spine. The energy has a special channel to rise through as it makes its way through the 7 major chakras of the body and out toward the Starseed chakra beyond the crown. This allows the energy to flow outward into the aura field. This process is often referred to as kundalini awakening.
The flow of kundalini energy can balance and benefit each bodily chakra. They come alive with life force and vitality! The energy is a wonderful tingling energy that can calm the emotional seas, clear the mind, and bring heightened intuition and general well-being. Since our body’s chakras affect every organ and bodily function, bringing more vitality is to bring more health to every part of the body. Everything alive has energy right down to the cells that release neurotransmitters in the brain and body. I have no doubt in my mind kundalini flowing through the body helps a neurological release that can assist with lifting depression, and anxiety and bring inspiration into an individual instead.
After being stuck and unawakened for a long period of time, the experience of energy release can seem uncomfortable. This is normal and there is no danger in its release. A meditation done on the release of fear can help the energy channel a bit more gracefully. Taking a break from the practice and going for a walk in nature is very beneficial. Remember, it is a practice, not a race!
Studying the subject of kundalini energy is the key to understanding. Remember, where there is knowledge there is power over fear. The energy exists regardless of gender, religious beliefs, unbelief, or blockage. Kundalini energy is an equal opportunity reality just waiting for you to explore! So why not find out more, open up, and come more alive? To me, anything that will benefit my life path is worth exploring, especially if it comes naturally to our bodies. Every now and then life tends to get us down. We become tense, irritable, and even irrational. Instead of breaking apart, or even if we do, we should take the time to be grateful. Honor is a very special word when it comes to our human life. We are all a treasure. YOU are a treasure! Take the time to honor your body, your life, your breath, and the love your creator gave to you. Do this meditation as often as you need to. Don’t let life whisk you away into anxiety, despair, or depression. Honor and gratitude are important for maintaining balance. Namaste!

Anxiety and depression are two of the most prevalent and devastating mental issues humans struggle with.
Whether the issues come from a chemical imbalance or life situations not dealt with, it’s all the same. If not addressed it can all become out of control!
Since the subjects are near and dear to my heart I am dedicating my services to anxiety, and depression and also will be adding grief support at a later time. I have struggled with anxiety and depression all of my life. Over the years I have discovered through education and my own life experience that there were so many things I did not know that I wish I had. To top off the struggles with symptoms I never understood, I am an OVER ACHIEVER! Yep, it has plagued me all of my life, sometimes to the point of shutting me down out of adrenal exhaustion.
We will get into that! My developing program will include:
6-hourly directional guidance sessions, one per week for 6 weeks.
6 Guided meditation recordings, one for each week, that can be downloaded and kept forever!
2 Hypnosis sessions are recorded and can be downloaded to use forever. These can be used at the beginning of the 6 weeks or split up however desired!
2 Energy healing sessions with Reiki, Chakra balancing, Chakra adjusting, and intuitive clairvoyant insights into your energy field. These sessions are done as partners and we work together to help bring out issues, clarify them and help heal them!
1 PDF file workbook all about anxiety and depression with journal prompts and spaces to do some writing or use your own journal!
I can’t wait to get these completed so you can begin to heal as soon as possible! I have one discounted price for all of it and a payment schedule to help you along.
All of my services can be booked separate from the program and have an hourly rate. I use PayPal as a payment method. You can not lose giving it a try!

The sacred is what someone might consider to be divine, holy, of religious content, or deserving of veneration. What is sacred is different for everyone. When I personally think of the word I consider what is holy for me. This can be a holy moment of meditative prayer. Or, it can be a meaningful photo of what is connected to the divine that I put up on my wall. Some consider the bible sacred, and for others it might be another book they hold to be holy.
We think of these things as holy and sacred because of the connection or ideas they bring up. Sometimes it’s a feeling or sense of reverence. Our bodies were meant for worship and containment of the divine. We are human and yet considered the temple of God. Sometimes when I close my eyes I think of the Spirit of God reflected from my heart and filled into my body. For me, this is a sacred moment. My heart has a sense of expansion with love and adoration of what is bigger and greater than my human self.
To know we house this greatness is also a sacred knowledge, for no one knows this unless they have been enlightened to that knowledge. Once it is known, one can not go back to unknowing. It becomes a solid and righteous part of our existence. To know what we embody and carry is very empowering. When we truly know, the empowerment is greatly expanded. The greatness remains solid within us as long as we consider it holy and sacred. Once our pride starts to think it comes from our humanness we have stomped on God’s power. It happens this way so we will keep God holy, sacred, and powerful in our lives. To do this is to inhabit the ways and character of God. To forsake it is to weaken ourselves, bowing down to what is human, flesh, and ego. This is pride and pride always comes before a fall.
Whatever is sacred for you, it’s best to remember why it is and to uphold it within that wisdom. Sacred time, for instance, is just that because it brings us presence of divinity we can receive in no similar way. To take a holy breath with God, to fill our hearts with the love of God, to enjoy fellowship within the presence of our Creator, is the greatest holy moment we can practice.
Practice is a key word here. Nothing stays sacred for us without sacred practice. We do this to create a habit. Remember, our lives spring forth from the issues we carry in our hearts. Without sacred and holy practice, we enter into a realm of forgetting who we are and why we are here.
To grab a sense of what is sacred for you, spend some special time practicing that moment and then do it daily. You will find it is habit forming. Within days your perspective will change to one that is a reflection of what is spiritually God. Your heart will be changed by being in the presence of holy love. If you are struggling with issues that drain you, or searching for answers, these moments become even more important.
I’m going to ask that you close your eyes for a few moments and simply ask that which is sacred to help remind you of who and whose you are. Breathe deeply. Take in the elements that nurture your being. They are the same elements of the earth. We have breath/air, water, fire/energy, nutrients similar to those that come from the earth’s soil, and space that we have available to fill our lives with presence.
Consider this today. What is sacred to you and what is sacred practice? Make it a habit in your life. Journal the changes this habit brings or adds to your life. Over time you will see what sacred practice does to enhance every part of your existence.
This morning I sat with my tea just waking up and taking in the new day. I closed my eyes for a moment and the first thing I noticed was all of the noise that usually goes unnoticed. The heater came on, a car went by outside, birds were chirping in the trees, and then the ding of a message coming in on my phone. Our lives and world is filled with noise every day. The only time we are really not consciously aware of it is when we sleep. I can’t explain it, with my eyes still closed, the world suddenly came alive with deeper sounds and things I never noticed before. I realized the heater also makes a howling noise when it is on, the house creaks, and I actually sense light even when my eyes are closed.
Taking a holy moment to just “be” is so revealing, especially when beginning to recognize personal thoughts, senses of the body, or setting intentions of how the day could unfold. I remember reading a book written by Marianne Williamson a long time ago and also her famous quote, “Sacred silence writes the universe.” I thought about the moment just prior to creation and how that silence might have been. What an amazing moment in a void space of time when God took a breath and began creating. It boggles my mind to even consider what a great mind God truly is. I think it goes beyond personal comprehension and is far greater than our human existence can even fathom. Then with great intention God creates.
It’s how our day should begin and how it could be if we design it that way; a holy moment with God and the intention to create the day whatever way we partner in creating it. Think about this, “Without intention our lives seem random as the day unfolds.” It does not have to be that way. Of course, things happen that we can not control but we can control how we respond to them. I wondered this morning, what it might be like to have a day that unfolds with sacred and intended responses.
“Today I will take a breath and intend to be patient when I am tempted to be impatient.”
“I will walk in acceptance that the only life I can have control over is my own.”
Intentions can be much more powerful than we even realize. Could it be because we are not listening or taking sacred silence? When we listen, answers are there for our questions and questions come up we never thought of. It almost feels like the world forgot how to breathe, ask, listen, observe, and intend. Have we forgotten about the holy moment God taught us to have when creation began? Maybe we are in too much of a hurry to take the time to actually do the work that creation and intention require? Not taking the time can be costly though. That leaves our lives and days to unfold in what seems like a random way. If the way we respond to what comes our way is not set with intention our responses are left to our ego self instead of the part of us that is connected to our creative creator.
Maybe this sounds way too deep to take in during a morning cup of tea, but it is important. Can you imagine if we all took a holy moment every day or even several times a day? We can intend to be more kind, respond with more wisdom, pause before we respond at all. Maybe we can be more conscious of what comes out of our mouths. Are our responses positive, necessary, or true? Taking a holy moment to set our intention for each day can help calm some of the emotion we deal with. Emotions are important but they can cause our lives to feel like we are riding in a sail boat being tossed around by an angry or uncontrollable sea. Jesus once calmed those angry and uncontrollable waves. I think it was King David who asked God to level the hills and valleys. Could he have been setting an intention with God to not react in such an emotional or uncontrolled way?
Life can be a “hills and valleys” kind of ride without taking holy moments to sit in sacred silence. If you have not, take that time now and take it every day when you wake. Yes, it requires you create a new habit if you don’t do this already. You will thank yourself and thank God if you do. Give it a try!
